My last meal before fasting for my c-section delivery was bak kut teh from Ah Hak Bak Kut Teh at 397 Balestier Rd. Adrian thought it was only ok and that the soup could be tastier, but I really enjoyed my kidney and liver soup because it was cooked just right and I’ll gladly go back again. My favourite part of Ah Hak Bak Kut Teh is the location; I simply love old-school coffee shops!
