It’s Kinky’s birthday and he turns 9 today. That’s about 53 cat years! This photo was taken 2½ years ago during my pregnancy photo shoot. We re-homed Kinky earlier this year and he is now living with my dad’s friend. According to my dad, he is very happy in his new home and is living the life of a “pampered princess”. He gets along well with the dog and with the kids in the house and is showered with so much more attention than when he was with us. I feel guilty that I couldn’t be a better cat owner but I’m happy that he’s now with a family who loves him and takes such good care of him.
