It’s A Huge Deal – My Favorite Shows For Health & Wealth
Lately I’ve been switching over from my normal sitcoms to shows that I think will end up having a more positive impact on my life and allow me to continue to learn. The past few weeks I’ve been binge watching pretty much nothing but shows regarding health and also wealth and business shows. Here are a few of my fav’s below, hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Funderdome
This seem similar to some of the other entrepreneur type shows you have seen but is one of my favorites by far. Produced by Steve Harvey, this show has two separate contestants compete to to win a final cash prize for their business but along the way they are also given the opportunity to cash out for less but in doing so they give up their chance to win the final prize. It gives an interesting spin on many of the shows that you have seen before.
The Apprentice
This show has been running since around 2005 and I don’t know why I have never watched it before, its a great show and provides entertainment and a learning experience. There are two versions of the show, the US and UK and while I have been watching the UK show primarily I have also heard good things about the US version. The show starts off with 20 contestants and each week one of them is fired until there is only one remaining.
Adventure Capitalists
This show is still relatively new, and is currently only in its 2nd season. It runs about an hour long and each show features four contestants who present their business or products to the panel. What makes this show different from others is that all products and business must be outdoor related. Many of these products have gone on to be a huge success after being featured on the show.
The Chew
Starting in 2011 this show is currently in its 7th season and is my favorite food and health related show on TV right now. It features everything from cooking, holidays and entertainment, to new trends like food trucks and urban gardens. The conversations on the show are very smart and intelligent and provide the viewer were awesome input and at least for me, the chance to learn something new with each episode.
