The September school holidays are around the corner and I will be sharing some ways to keep your kids occupied during the holidays! I will also be running a few giveaways for the holidays and first up is the family-friendly Skyline Luge Sentosa!
Whenever we go to Sentosa for a staycation, we make it a point to visit Skyline Luge for a few rides. Anya is quite the daredevil and she loves speeding down the Luge track like a maniac. She’s still too small to ride the Luge on her own (you need to be at least 6 years old and 110 cm tall to ride solo) but is happy to ride tandem for now as long as she gets to steer. Adam is not as brave and doesn’t want to go as fast but still enjoys riding tandem. Another thing that gets the kids all excited is the Skyride chairlift. They love the feeling of dangling in midair and the views from the chairlift are simply breathtaking.
After taking the chairlift to the top, you can choose between the 688 metre Dragon Trail or the 628 metre Jungle Trail. They are both loads of fun so you should really try them both! The Dragon Trail is more bendy for those who enjoy zipping around corners at top speed. Personally, I like racing against another Luge to see who makes it down first!
Skyline Luge Sentosa is newly renovated and now boasts LED lighting to the Jungle Trail for an incredible night luge experience; eight additional ticketing counters and four additional photo counters; wheelchair-friendly ticketing and queue facilities; a new viewing gallery; and more seating and sheltered space for guests.
We took the Luge 5 times that day and the kids were still begging for more. Indeed, Once is Never Enough! You definitely want to have Skyline Luge Sentosa on your September school holidays to-do list.

Tickets for the Skyline Luge Sentosa start at $17 for a Luge and Skyride combo, and there are also Family Deals for families with kids under 16 years old, starting at $39 for a 4 ride family pass.
Skyride: Min. height 85 cm to ride with an adult; Min. height 135 cm to ride alone
Luge: 6 years old and 110 cm or taller to ride Luge alone; Children under the age of 6 years can ride tandem with an adult
Opening Hours: 10 am – 9.30 pm daily all year
All Luge and Skyride tickets can be purchased upon arrival, there is no prebooking required.
