Yes, I’m still blogging about my birthday. On Sunday, we had lunch with Adrian’s parents and sister at Tony Roma’s after church to celebrate my birthday and also a belated Father’s Day since we were in KL then.
More than 10 years ago, I was a waitress at Tony Roma’s (the Suntec City branch) along with Qi and Vonnie for a few months after our ‘A’ Levels. It was tough because the plates were really heavy and we were expected to carry a few at a time. For $5 an hour, it was really not worth it. But it was a pretty good experience since the other people working there were mostly very nice. So anyway, Tony Roma’s is comfort food for me; I know what I like to eat there and I always order the same things. :)
